The role of the Marketing Specialist, product communication is to deliver and execute on powerful go-to-market campaigns that position our products for maximum impact in the market. You'll help drive product and feature adoption, increase member engagement and usage/consumption of our content and services.

You will utilize customer & industry insights, historical trends and published content to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, campaigns and programs that deliver results aligned to key business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to build and lead integrated marketing programs from concept to execution. You will collaborate with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as development), and design to launch promotion plans (strategies, campaigns, and programs) on time and on budget.

You will plan and execute engaging marketing promotion plans that focus on promoting each divisions’ products and services to increase customer usage and spend.
- Build, manage and execute a promotion plan with each division to increase consumption, member engagement and total account spend.
- Each promotion plan should be measured, and performance should be reported against goals (ROI and KPIs). Continually test and optimize for conversions.
- Identify trends and insights, and improve performance based on insights. Testing results should be included in regular reporting and shared with Marketing group to influence overall departmental results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support departmental goal achievement.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field, with 3-5 years of product marketing experience.
- Proven ability to develop, deliver, and enable product marketing programs cross-functionally
- Understanding of marketing at all stages of the B2B customer journey and product lifecycle
- Product oriented - with ability and curiosity to understand and learn about features and benefits
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, while also being an excellent communicator and project manager.
- Customer centric, with a strong ability to understand customer insights and from them, drive campaign and program recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and understanding of the needs of stakeholders at various levels and functions in the organization.
- Hands on experience with a marketing automation platform and experience with MS Office, SFDC, Pardot, Google Analytics preferred. Experience with Gainsight is a bonus.
