If you responded yes to the above questions, Trudell Medical Marketing Limited “(TMML)” currently has an exciting opportunity for you as a Contract Specialist

**The Position**: This position will be responsible for developing and reviewing RFX responses and will be responsible for developing plans to ensure the day to day management of the RFX process is completed. This position will assist in analyzing the details of business contracts to ensure that the terms are equitable for the company and that management is properly instructed on terms and expectations for both parties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. RFX Management**
- Manage the RFX process from inception to completion.
- Support the maintenance of the RFX repository.
- Support the Quotes & Contracts Specialist on the contract management process as required.
- Utilize the CRM for information updates to appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance of signing policy.
- Ensure RFX meets all deadlines, mandatory criteria and compliance obligations.
- Provide backup support to the Quotes & Contracts department.

**Requirements, Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a Health Care environment dealing with customer contracts and vendor agreements would be prefered.
- Working knowledge of public procurement, laws, and regulations pertaining to the Health Care environment RFX’s is prefered.

**Essential Duties**:

- Ability to work long periods of concentration.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office setting.
- Frequent interruptions.
- Compensation based on a regular work week of thirty-seven and one half (37.5) working hours, with additional working hours as required to meet ongoing business demands and to fulfill job responsibilities.
