**Digital Marketing Specialist**

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Sparks team and is experienced in managing and executing advertising campaigns across all Digital Marketing platforms. They are responsible for developing and running campaigns on all key pieces of digital marketing business, partnering with clients to get results and pushing them beyond what they even imagined possible.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Own the creation of and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Paid Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube Ads).
- Monthly planning, creation and optimization of client social ads in Meta Ads suite, TikTok, Twitter etc.
- Oversee campaign performance, optimization and reporting with the ability to communicate results and recommend new strategies to clients.
- Experience with SEO is considered an asset.
- Experience with integrated XM and DM campaigns is considered an asset.
- Oversee media spend tracking across agency.
- Manage DM tools budget and subscriptions; ensure Sparks is using the right mix of tools.
- Maintain certifications with key technology platforms and services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technology and trends and

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-3+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally at an agency.
- A passion and deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, and other core functions.
- Google Ads certification in Search, Display, Shopping and Video.
- Deep understanding of digital analytics and the insights they provide for our clients.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Consistently looking for ways to improve own knowledge of the industry, and its ever-changing trends.
