**The Opportunity**

We are recruiting a hard working and conscientious full-time Marketing Specialist to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with all company internal and external marketing initiatives, as well as providing support to the company sales team.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Responsible for brand development and consistency across all platforms
- Lead external marketing efforts, including but not limited to, multiple websites, social media accounts, billboards, and publication advertising
- Lead internal marketing efforts, including but not limited to, employee community boards, employee recognition programs, uniforms, and merchandising
- Maintain company’s customer relationship management program (CRM) and provide support to users, including but not limited to, monthly reporting, tracking, user training and troubleshooting
- Attending various tradeshows and coordinating booth set up, throughout Southwestern Ontario
- General administrative support to sales team as required
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or marketing role
- Highly committed to customer service excellence
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and common social media platforms
- University degree or college diploma in related field preferred
