**ILCO Transit** is a premier transportation and logistics company. Since 2009, we have been delivering elite customer service and seamless transportation solutions for our clients. With a reputation for reliability and excellence in the logistics industry, we are now looking to expand our team.

This position involves building your own portfolio of clients, working closely with customers and suppliers to meet their transportation requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Managing dedicated customer accounts.
- Planning, coordinating, and dispatching orders within the organization and with external partners.
- Providing guidance, support, and exceptional customer service.
- Developing new customer relationships when opportunities arise.
- Negotiating freight rates.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Skilled at persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
- Works well in a team and across departments.
- Maintains a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
