**Key Responsibilities**
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:

- **New Patient Coordinator**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients, guiding them through registration and initial scheduling.
- Collect and process patient information accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative first impression.
- **Booking Specialist**:

- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Coordinate with medical team to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy of patient data and appointment details.
- **General Administration**:

- Handle patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient records, files, and billing information.
- Assist in daily office tasks and administrative projects as needed.
- **Hormone Specialist** (Medical Office Assistant with a focus on hormone therapy)
- Support healthcare providers in managing hormone therapy patients.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups, lab work, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on hormone therapy procedures and follow-up guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- _**Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program or relevant post-secondary education (required).**_
- _**Previous experience working in a medical office or clinical environment (required).**_
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Office suite.
