**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively the value of our products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Recent university/college graduate
- Proven interest or internship experience in business development, logistics, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex products and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in Aviation / RPAS industry are a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
