**Job Description: Business Development Representative**

STAN is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Associate who is passionate about new technology. We are hiring a full-time position to help grow internationally.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold outreach, following up new business opportunities and setting up discovery meetings
- Communicating with prospects to understand their needs and explain service value
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate prospects needs
- Research and compile relevant prospect lists
- Keeping accurate records notes within the CRM
- Planning and creating proposals and sales collateral as needed for individual
- Meet sales goals with set KPIs for calls, meetings, proposals and closing deals
- Extensive and accurate product knowledge
- Other duties as determined by management and/or direct supervisors

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required
- University/college degree is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with common programs (ex: Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Startup experience or experience working in small teams preferred

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
