Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the company. This includes prospecting, networking, cold calling, and generating leads. The position will also be responsible for identifying and developing the best prospects, as well as coordinating with sales managers and marketing teams to ensure that all marketing materials are up to date and are being effectively communicated.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop a strategy for sales by identifying the right people, products, and tactics to drive engagement and sales
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales management on prospects and leads
- Analyze data to determine key areas of improvement to drive conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc.
- Coordinate with Marketing team on campaigns to ensure that the content is up to date and effective
- Build relationships with B2B partners to grow revenue opportunities
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads from cold calling, social media posting, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager CEO owner
**Required Skills**:
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with clients; ability to develop relationships with clients; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
