Building Material Supplier in Richmond Hill is looking for a **full-time receptionist **who can join our team long-term.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle large volumes of incoming calls and take detailed messages
- Answer and direct phone calls and ensures messages are delivered to the correct individuals
- Update and distribute customers telephone listings when necessary.
- Greet customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service
- Maintain the housekeeping of the reception area
- Posting social media advertisements

**Requirements are as follows**:

- Experienced in using the cash register system
- Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
- Must be punctual
- Open to working additional hours if necessary
- Be clear and careful in doing thing; work conscientiously and is responsible
- Can work under pressure
- Experienced using Facebook/Twitter/ Instagram/TikTok etc.
- Skilled in using Office Word, Excel, and other software
- Good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a bonus
- Have relevant customer service experience

**Salary**: $15.00-$22.40 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
