**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll be responsible for handling front-desk reception, administrative coordination, and basic logistics support such as order tracking and supplier communication. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly by supporting management, sales, and warehouse teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and freight shipments.
- Support logistics coordination, including order tracking, purchasing, and supplier communication.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate company records, contact lists, and inventory tracking reports.
- Ensure office and warehouse supplies are stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-presented front office area.
- Assist management and team members with administrative projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles (office or warehouse environment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with QuickBooks or CRM systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work occasionally in warehouse conditions.
- High school diploma required; college diploma or certificate in office administration an asset.

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- Weekdays
- Some evenings or weekends may be required based on seasonal demand

**JOB TYPE**: Full-time, approx. 40 hours per week

**PAY**: Salary starting from $38,000/per year, commensurate with experience.
