**RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR**
**Airtek Ontario is a wholesaler specializes in home energy efficiency improvements located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. As the first point of contact for our company, this team member plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Updating and maintaining company databases, records, and documents.**:
- **Assisting in compiling and preparing reports, invoices, presentations, and other documents as needed.**:
- **Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, company policies and safety protocols.**:
- **Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.**:
- **Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying their accuracy against purchase orders or invoices.**:
- **Keeping the office organized by storing items properly, maintaining accurate inventory records and light cleanup.**:
- **Assist and collaborate with team members in completing various administrative tasks as required.**:
- **Other tasks as required and as assigned by Management.**

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:

- **Familiarity with office and warehouse equipment**:
- **Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures**:
- **Ability to lift up to 30 lb of stock**:
- **High school diploma or equivalent**:
- **Proven experience in a customer service role in warehouse setting preferred**
