**NewRoads Subaru Richmond Hill, **a division of The NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a** Full -Time Receptionist.** **This role is imperative to the overall customer experience and as the first point of contact **for** visiting customers.**

**Responsibilities of a Receptionist role include**:

- Promptly answering the telephone warmly and invitingly;
- Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments;
- Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary;
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties;
- Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner;
- Acquiring basic knowledge about the dealership in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information;
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner;
- Assisting in the administration and coordination of dealer trades when necessary;
- Stocking in vehicles when necessary;
- Licensing new and used vehicles;
- Distributing mail and coordinating all courier pickup when necessary.
