**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Cabinet Salesperson** to help drive sales and deliver excellent service to our clients. As a Cabinet Salesperson, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, guiding them through product selection, and providing design recommendations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience from initial consultation to final sale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Consultations**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on cabinetry styles, materials, finishes, and storage solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our cabinetry products, features, and trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- **Design Assistance**: Help customers with layout designs, measurements, and space planning. Work with design software to create visualizations and accurate renderings.
- **Quoting and Ordering**: Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, installers, and management, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cabinetry, home improvement, or interior design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends, cabinetry materials, and product specifications is a plus.
- Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp, Mozaik, AutoCAD) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for home design and creating beautiful spaces.

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
