As the Cabinet Resurfacing Installation Assistant, you will take on a multifaceted role involving administrative duties, executing cabinet refacing projects, and ensuring the efficient organization of our warehouse operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations -**_
- Open the warehouse promptly at 8am and ensure closure at 5pm.
- Execute cabinet refacing projects in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Plan and organize the installation calendar to optimize project timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation by uploading project details and updating job statuses regularly.
- **Innovation and Improvement -**_
- Research and implement new methods for cabinet refacing, striving for creative and effective solutions.
- Conduct final measurements for sold cabinet refacing projects to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit orders for materials needed for new cabinet refacing jobs.
- **Training and Maintenance -**_
- Maintain Home Depot displays related to cabinet refacing, ensuring they represent our products effectively.
- Participate in Home Depot refacing installation training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Manage inventory levels for cabinet refacing products to ensure availability for ongoing projects.
- **Warehouse Management -**_
- Oversee receiving and delivery processes, including packing and shipping orders accurately.
- Inspect incoming products for defects and damages, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Uphold basic maintenance standards and comply with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
- **Collaboration and Meetings -**_
- Accompany Sales Support Representatives (SSRs) on sales calls to provide expertise on cabinet refacing options.
- Attend weekly Monday sales meetings to discuss project updates and strategies.
- Participate in weekly Friday installation meetings to coordinate upcoming projects and address any issues.
- **Continuous Improvement -**_
- Contribute innovative ideas to optimize warehouse procedures and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cabinet refacing or related field **preferred.**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Pay: $17.61-$38.21 per hour
