**Position Description**:

- The CSR will work at our customer service desk/call center at the Edmonton location.
- Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the showroom; sharing accurate information and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims.
- Maintain the showroom by routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all products are properly tagged and visible.

**Key Attributes**:

- Experience working in B2B environment, at a contractor’s desk in a lumberyard, or big box stores would be an asset.
- Familiar with order entry processes and procedures (AS400).
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative.
- Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, job assignments and work schedules.
- Participate in training sessions on new products.
- Experience in the cabinet & millwork or hardware distribution related industry considered an asset.
- Office administration - filing, invoicing, and other varying clerical duties.
- Must be punctual, have a desire to learn, and detail-orientated.
