**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospect and Generate Leads**:Actively prospect new clients by identifying potential leads within the assigned territory, utilizing cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.

**Sales Presentations**:Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients to promote our services.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Negotiate and Close Sales**:Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including negotiating terms and prices that are beneficial to both the client and the company.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to identify areas for growth.

**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction and kitchen cabinets industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
