We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Cabinet Estimator / Sales Representative** to join our growing team in Edmonton.
**Position Overview**:
As a **Cabinet Estimator / Sales Representative**, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from the initial consultation through to project completion. You’ll prepare accurate quotations, assist with design choices, and manage customer relationships to ensure every project runs smoothly — all while earning a **5% commission on every closed job**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet with clients (in-person or virtually) to discuss cabinetry needs and design goals.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for cabinetry and refinishing projects.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project accuracy.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct on-site measurements and verify dimensions when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in **cabinetry, millwork, or kitchen design** (preferred).
- Strong understanding of cabinet materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Excellent **sales and communication** skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or estimating software (Cabinet Vision or similar is an asset).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
