**The Opportunity**

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a customer-service oriented **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team in **Surrey, BC**. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with our customers over the phone, receive and process orders from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Take customer orders over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers
- Identify customer needs and product opportunities
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and services requested
- Assist with administrative duties for the sales department as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous parts sales experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working with hydraulics and hydraulic seals is a strong asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Sales or Marketing is an asset
- Strong math skills with the ability to use or learn how to use measuring devices
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and with others
