**Overview**

Laserglow Technologies is hiring an Account Coordinator to support our growing sales and customer success teams. Based in North York, this role plays a critical part in the day-to-day coordination of client accounts, supporting our Key Account Managers, Field Representatives, and partners to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery.

You’ll act as the operational link between customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners — providing exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive follow-through in a fast-moving, safety-focused business.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support Key Account Managers and Field Reps with quote creation, client communications, and order tracking.
- Coordinate product demos, install timelines, and post-sale follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and documentation of account activity.
- Handle customer inquiries, issue resolution, and basic technical product questions with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain close collaboration with logistics, finance, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Help prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, product specs, and usage guides.

**What You Bring**
- 2-4+ years in a client-facing support, account coordination, or sales operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience supporting industrial, technical, or B2B sales organizations is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working with CRMs & ERP systems, quoting tools, and shared documentation systems.
- Familiarity with industrial products, warehouse safety, or technical customer support.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, customer service).
- Exposure to basic quoting or invoicing systems.
- Background in safety-related or capital equipment industries is a bonus.

Pay: $42,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
