Job Title: _Accounts Payable Coordinator_
Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable, including managing payments to vendors, and reconciliation and management of inter-clinic and inter-physician billing
- Inventory management
- Management of cost breaks
- Monitoring of bank account balance for automatic withdrawals
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Assist with Year End Accounting process
- Management of clinic supply orders
- Assisting Accounts Receivable Coordinator with collecting patient payments, creating and sending invoices, as needed
Skill Requirements:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with using electronic medical records
Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge of fertility treatments and services offered at Tripod
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift boxes (medications)
License/Certification Requirements:

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
