Job Title: _Accounts Receivable Coordinator_

Job Duties
- Accounts Receivable, including creation of invoices and processing of patient payments, completion of Accounting Sheet in patient charts, collecting outstanding balances, coordination with other departments regarding patient invoicing and payments, and monitoring of clinic schedules for upcoming payments due
- OHIP billing, including creating claims, processing monthly Remittance Advice reports for multiple physicians, and fixing and resubmitting billing errors for multiple physicians
- Management of petty cash

Knowledge Requirements:

- Knowledge of fertility treatments and services offered at Tripod and OHIP requirements for insured services

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift boxes (medications)

License/Certification Requirements:
