**What you will be doing**:

- Independently manage the daily operation of Senior Partners within the Tax Department.
- Assist by preparing, revising, formatting, and completing large tax agreements, memos, letters, and opinions.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of all necessary documents within the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Tax Court of Canada.
- Liaison with clients, counsel, court personnel, CRA representatives, and other external parties as required.
- Maintain an effective bring forward system.
- Assist with docketing and invoicing processes.

**What we need you to bring to the position**:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience gained as a Legal Assistant in a similar role.
- Completion of a post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and legal software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity of the Tax Court of Canada considered an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Toronto, ON M5J 2T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
