**About us**:
**Position Summary**:
This position provides both Global Operational Leadership to each of the regional supply chain team as well as directly manage the day to day of the US and Canada Regional Supply Chain. Globally, Miraclon has 16 warehouses, 3 of which are in the US and Canada Region.
**Key Responsibilities to include**:
- US and Canada Regional Supply Chain:_
- Actively Manage the 3rd party logistics supplier base for the US and Canada Region.
- Ensure Transport and Warehouse vendors are managing in line with the Miraclon’s SLA
- Represent Supply Chain in the USC Regional Leadership Team
- Manage inventory FIFO, cleanliness and accuracy
- Proactive in driving initiatives that result in delighting customers with their experience
- Work closely with Regional Commercial Director to ensure strategies are aligned
- Project Management for regional projects
- Work with Planning on optimal inventory levels for the region
- Ensure product movement is well managed
- Regional budget management for USC
- WW Supply Chain:_
- Provide WW leadership to the other regions in Europe, Asia and Latin America
- Focus on global standardization, simplification and process automation across regions
- WW Logistics budget management for Regional Warehousing and Last Mile Transport
- Develop and Implement strategies for improving the physical footprint for Miraclon to best meet the customer need
- Ensure processes and standards for new products into the regional distribution are defined and adhered to
- Project Management for global projects
- Key participant in the S&OP Processes
- Works closely with WW Procurement, WW Planning, WW Quality and each of the Manufacturing sites.
**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:
- 5+ years experience in a similar function managing World Wide Functions
- Experience in managing 3rd party logistics partners including Transport and Warehouse providers
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow up skills
- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time sensitive tasks
- Self-starter with flexibility to meet & manage challenging priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Understanding of inventory management processes
- Experience interacting and leading a global team
- INFOR M3 Processing experience in Order Management, Logistics and Supply Chain highly desired
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- APICS certification
