We are looking to add a driven, accountable and collaborative Supply Chain Manager to our team Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure fast, efficient and dependable execution through strong support of their planning, procurement and inventory management teams. The goal? Provide a seamless customer experience at the lowest total cost.

**Responsibilities**:
***
- Build and execute supply chain strategies that align with the corporate and operational goals for a portfolio of high mix/low volume assemblies
- Lead strategic planning for the development of key business initiatives to support new business opportunities, business plans and vendor relationships for continued growth and value

**_
Procurement_**
- Responsible for the strategic and tactical sourcing, procurement, logistics warehousing and supply agreements with key vendors.
- Setting up and maintaining qualified suppliers, supplier LTAs in the ERP system as well as QMS along with proper costing of parts in the item master.
- Accountable for developing and executing supplier strategies, ensuring lowest total cost across all spend categories (Direct - PCB, passive and active components, and Indirect; MRO, logistics, supplies, services)
- Address short and long-term challenges and leverage opportunities for cost savings

Production _**
- Accountable for production planning to ensure most optimized utilization of resources in collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager and Customer Focus Teams
- Maintain the production schedule, ensuring that all products are manufactured on time and in accordance with customer specifications
- Create, employ and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance of the supply chain, and determine/drive corrective actions

**_Inventory Control _**
- Develop, implement and optimize advanced planning processes and technologies to create total transparency - from procurement through manufacturing to our customers dock - SI&OP design, integration and management
- Identify and mitigate constraints in the material flow by:
Working with vendors to establish LTAs where needed.
- Establishing appropriate vendor managed stock (min/max for pull system) to optimize cash-flow and material flow as well as to minimize on balance-sheet inventory.
- Set up effective material stocking level and warehouse requirement for components, sub-assemblies and finish goods for pull system.
- Creating a system for simple real-time tracking of inventory.
- Proactively communicating and managing part availability issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Create innovative warehouse strategies including automation, mobile technologies and data analytics
- Accountable for physical inventory setup, control and disposition
- Responsible for all Supply Chain systems data integrity
- Utilize a team of purchasing professionals to ensure materials availability
- Mentor and manage team members through methods that include training and evaluation, day-to-day guidance and feedback, and allocation of resources

**Credentials & Experience**

- Bachelor's Degree or higher with preference toward supply chain, business systems, or engineering
- 10 years relevant Supply Chain Management experience in production planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and demand planning
- Technology-forward mindset - we want your ideas on many-to-many system connectivity and communications
- Experience working in EMS business or working with EMS providers
- Proficient with ERP systems and/or an IT system for order management and fulfillment
- Proven knowledge and use of Lean manufacturing principles (and/or six sigma) in a manufacturing environment
- An independent and self driven supply chain expert who has the passion to drive results
- Effective communicator with ability to influence vendors, internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to build effective relationships, and influence peers
- Experience facilitating SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process
- Proven negotiation skills along with a record of cost reductions in previous positions
- Experience with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001
- Willingness to stretch and steer team towards meeting customer and stakeholder expectations
