**Position**: Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all logístical operations, ensuring timely and efficient product deliveries.
- Manage and submit customs paperwork, adhering to international and local regulatory standards.
- Learn and undertake the process of filing duty drawbacks (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with the production manager to assist in developing precise product spec sheets.
- Support the buying team with occasional purchasing responsibilities.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for shipments.
- Coordinate and communicate efficiently with our overseas vendors, especially those from Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking regions.
- Implement strategies to optimize logistics and seek cost-effective shipping methods.
- Regularly update and manage tasks on Asana, ensuring all logístical projects are progressing as planned.
- Assist in organizing product samples for the development team.
- Stay abreast with the latest industry best practices, customs regulations, and language nuances.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and customs procedures.
- Experience working in an e-commerce company is highly preferred.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and its functionalities is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a significant asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing responsibilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
