**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Responsible for supply chain processes management, make sure sufficient inventory, shipments being delivered on time, assist in purchase order and communication with suppliers.
- Sales order management, including but not limited to invoice, shipment & logistics, track and update on the status of sales orders.
- Assist in maintaining sales records and documentation.
- Assist in overseeing the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to executive and sales teams.
- Review and manage company contracts and agreements.
- Support and coordinate with multi-department communication.
- Plan and organize company parties, monthly meetings, events.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and bookkeeping procedures
- Working together with Leader to build a great team
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Operations field or related experiences.
- Solid computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would also be an asset
- Strongly attention to details.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team and independently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
