**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary**:
The retail environment is continually evolving and as such customers are looking for new growth solutions to drive traffic and basket size. As such, Shopper Marketing is a key lever to driving differentiation in the marketplace for our brands and organization as well as a critical way to deliver new solutions for growth with our priority customers.

As the Associate Shopper Marketing Manager, your mandate will be to drive growth by leading PBC’s shopper marketing agenda across the Large Format portfolio of customers. More specifically, you will lead the overall strategy and development of a full year calendar of omnichannel programs, working closely with brand, portfolio, and PepsiCo Foods marketing teams to tailor national programs and lead customer specific activations.

Working closely with the cross functional channel team (key accounts, sales strategy, shopper insights, category management) you will help shape the direction for future growth leveraging demand spaces, trip missions, and technology to unlock growth in a growing omni channel environment.
- Lead the development of the Loblaws and Walmart annual ASP calendar (including omni-channel recommendations) in partnership with Brand Marketing, Sales, PFC and the Customer.
- Lead the execution of each ASP priority working with Sales, Brand Marketing and PFC Counterpart.
- Own the relationships with the LCL and Walmart KAM teams
- Own marketing budget for LCL & Walmart
- Lead all ASP/programming post-games and communicate back out internally
- Develop a strategy for Retail Media Network for Canada, partnering with OMD and Customer media teams, for both Loblaws and Walmart.
- Lead strategic recommendations for spending and execution of shopper marketing programs.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree
- 3-5 Years of working experience
- Excellent project management skills and Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
- Strong knowledge of PBC business, Go to Market (GTM), systems and processes an asset
- Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a customer / sales environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
- High level of professional maturity - ability to collaborate with external customer teams
- Strong analytical skills
