The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand equity and driving consumer demand at key retailers through insights led media to shelf activations. With a shopper mindset, he/she will collaboratively work with both internal and external teams to deliver a true omni-channel experiences and category leadership. This individual must be well versed in advertising, media, digital marketing, e-commerce and shopper/wholesale marketing, with strong bias for driving a consumer centric and performance driven culture, including a proven track record of building brand profitability across multiple retail and OMNI channels.
- **Responsibilities**
- Develop integrated marketing plans rooted in consumer/category insights for both wholesale accounts and corporate owned stores, aimed at** **driving traffic, acquiring new customers, and building brand advocacy at the national and regional level
- Create local marketing field tools to activate acquisition and retention trade programs with B2B and brick and mortar and on-line retailers. Build, develop and manage toolkit assets to support marketing activations driving profitable top-line growth, conversion and market share (POS, samples, product catalogs, sell sheets, etc.). Develop best in class creative and advertising assets that elevate our brand identity and positioning, while influencing purchase across multiple categories
- Lead Omnichannel marketing leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to provide a consistent brand experience to customers
- Partner with retail customer teams in the development of year-around marketing campaigns and customized promotional programs (advertising, consumer promotions, contests, Masterbrand partnerships, seasonal events, etc.), as well as managing the customer marketing calendar, performance and analytics
- Support sales forecast to ensure key marketing and promotional building blocks are accurately estimated, synthesized and reflected in the total market and account plans, including responsibility for measurement models to help estimate performance/ROI
- Work on regular basis with external agencies/suppliers involved in the design or deployment of shopper marketing activations or programs while ensuring all key deliverables and milestones are completed on a timely basis and NewAge Products is recognized as the premier home improvement partner of choice for our customers.
- In collaboration with Sales Team, develop spend strategy and manage investment in retail partners including Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes
- In collaboration with Product Marketing teams, develop go-to-market strategy for both category expansion and product line extension items
- Guide and support the alignment of cross functional priorities, including the development and execution of instore marketing programs that influence shopper behavior.
- Continually bring forth and champion new and unique opportunities for improvement in processes and direction

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degrees in business, marketing or similar
- 6+ years of work experience in retail marketing. E-commerce business is an asset
- Ideally industry experience in durable or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) for a CPG, retail and/or DTC organization
- Experience working in a retail marketing environment and developing best-in-class marketing programs for leading consumer brands
- Solid grasp at developing award winning creative, effective advertising and consumer promotions
- Expertise in developing annual brand plans with proven expertise managing the marketing mix, with emphasis in award winning consumer communications, promotions and advertising
- Understands the media landscape
