**Responsibilities**:
- Proven experience as office administration or in a similar role
- Oversee and support all office administrative duties and ensure office operating smoothly
- Experience in buying office will be a plus
- Manage office budget & supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Ensure the office remains well maintained and in good repair, liaising with building management as required;
- Maintain all office accounts and contracts including not limited to utilities, POS functions, vehicles, phone, etc
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Languages: ENGLISH (Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset)

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
- Must be a self-driven, fast leaner, organized, professional and able to collaborate with others
- Strong desire to learn with the ability to be accountable for their own work;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and multi-media products
