- Coordinate the activities of the Field Service Technicians
- A working knowledge of basic equipment design and operation parameters
- A working knowledge of industry design standards
- Assure proper training so that the employees will follow all the pertinent manufacturing policies, practices and production standards.
- Ensure that the employees demonstrate and practice proper work habits and continue to develop improved work practices.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in resolving work related issues while on field projects for clients
- Monitors the journey management program for the Field Service Technicians
- Book travel arrangements.
- Help with any Admin tasks
- Create Rating Plates
- Complete Document Control Package for End User and Our Clients
- Having Electrical or refrigeration experience would be asset as the goal for service coordinator and to also be a technical support.
- Understanding and reading AutoCad drawings would be an asset.
- Experience in coordinating activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Well established organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Continuous learner and willing to accept change.

**In general, the Service Coordinator may**:

- Use word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software to prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
- answer telephones, greet visitors
- prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings
- draft correspondence and reports
- schedule appointments and meetings using electronic calendar systems
- Support the maintenance a records management system (including classifying and coding electronic and hardcopy files)
- research information on the Internet
- operate office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, voice mail messaging systems and computer scanning equipment
- transcribe material from handwritten notes or digital dictation
- edit documents for executives
- Supervise, manage or train other staff members.
- Update reports for management.

**Specific Skills**
- Access and process information, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records and statistics, Issue receipts and other forms, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Arrange for billing for services, Perform general office duties, Receive and log complaints
- Exceptional customer service for service technicians and our customers.
- Review work orders, timesheets and reports file and send to customers as required.
- Effective communication with employees and customer.
- Respond to customer inquiry in timely manner.
