**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule with customers the visits of external technicians in the Alberta and Saskatchewan territories, according to the availability of technicians.
- Prepare submissions for service calls and internal repairs, enter data provided by technicians to complete work orders, and open and close work orders.
- Follow up on parts (requisition, inventory transfers) for the execution of internal repairs and service calls.
- Maintain and file all documents related to the service department: work orders, submissions, cost calculations, etc.
- Conducting telemarketing activities to promote the service department.
- Write/transmit selected departmental communications and reports.
- Promote and encourage a positive attitude for all team members.
- Open and close repair folders, work orders, and orders.
- Enter data submitted by technicians to complete relevant work orders and submit/confirm quote to customer (if applicable)
- Contact customers to organize shipment of equipment and/or collect purchase orders.
- Handle ALL-BRAND service repairs, parts requisitions, and quotations.
- Follow up on parts orders (requisitions, stock transfers) needed for repairs and service calls.
- Looks over rental pumps: shipping and receiving procedure, inventory adjustments, customer follow-ups, invoicing.
- Obtains and files safety information on customer equipment returning for repair.
- Assist in building management, complete requisitions, and communicate with contractors.
- Assist the supervisor in the stand-up meetings with service technicians.
- Carry out any other tasks and take on any other responsibilities that the immediate supervisor may assign on occasion.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in secretarial or office automation.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position or in customer service.
- 3 to 5 years experience coordinating a service or technical team.
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Coordinating a service or technical team: 3 years (required)
- CRM: 1 years (required)
- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft (required)
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
