We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator at our office in Leduc, Alberta for a term position. A description of the roles and responsibilities, as well as the required qualifications is provided below.
**_Roles & Responsibilities_**
- Manage all administration of the recruitment, onboarding, and termination process.
- Manage HR programs for our Canadian and US companies.
- Coordinate performance evaluations.
- Develop and improve HR procedures.
- Administration of the employee engagement surveys.
- Participate on social committee.
- Work closely with Payroll in support of payroll, benefits, and company procedures.
**_Qualifications_**
**Required**:
- 3 years experience in a HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
**Assets**: ** Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following.**
- Previous experience with HR in the United States
**_Other Information: _**
- This is a 18 month term position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00- 5:00.
