JET COMPANION Canada LTD is a Leduc-based provider of medical repatriation services. Our medical escorts, ground- and air transport crews are dispatched across Canada and worldwide to bring patients home safely.

We are currently looking for an

Operations Coordinator (part-time + on call)

In this role you will be the first point of contact for professional and private clients, third-party service providers and health care professionals.

You play a crucial part in the success of our operations and are involved in all phases of our transport missions, from the very first call for assistance, up to the safe return of our aeromedical crews to base.

The position is for 0.5 FTE, Monday to Friday, mornings or afternoons, with additional on-call hours on a rotational basis.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in the use of office applications, backed by formal training and experience.

  • Work experience in an office environment.

  • Critical thinking, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong professional communicator, who is naturally compassionate, discrete

and committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

  • A self-starter with a "can do" attitude towards unfamiliar challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task under time pressure.

  • Excellent English language skills is a must; verbal and written fluency in a second

or third language is considered an asset.
