**Position: Dispatcher
- Operations Coordinator**
**Shift: Full Time minimum 40 hrs per week**
**Location: Leduc (Edmonton), Alberta**

**Bravo Target Safety** is currently seeking a **Dispatcher - Operations Coordinator** to join our team. The Dispatcher - Operations Coordinator will be responsible for clearly and accurately capturing and relaying our customer needs, fleet and equipment requirements, and employee scheduling. This role requires acute time management and organizational skills while working collaboratively to provide our management team, operations, administrative staff, and field staff with up-to-date information. This position is full-time on a 5/2 schedule with on-call structure based in Leduc (Edmonton), Alberta.

**Job Duties**:

- Maintain daily communication and documentation with the Operations team regarding personnel, equipment & material needs for delivery to and from all locations.
- Ensure daily activity report (DAR) is completed, updated, and maintained daily, for all personnel and equipment deployed to the field.
- Communicate with Logistics and other support staff to ensure that all materials and equipment have been logged prior to being sent out to location and logged again upon return.
- Ensure all daily time entry has been reviewed, and approved daily for processing.
- Review all copies of the Field Service Tickets to ensure they reflect the correct personnel, materials and equipment that are deployed or returned.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all current software systems.
- Assist with providing schedules or expertise concerning schedules to all sites.
- Coordinate leave requests for field staff ensuring trained relief coverage is in place.

**Requirements**:

- Be fit for duty daily.
- Comply with all of Bravo Target Safety’s and/or Clients rules and expectations.
- Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the job.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2 years experience as a Dispatcher in oilfield services, drilling, field operations or plant construction industries.
- The ability to work independently with good judgment to seek support and guidance when appropriate.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.

- Standard First Aid CPR / AED Level A or C (or equivalent) (preferred)
- Drivers License (preferred)
