**What You'll Be Doing**:
Collaborating with a team of Education managers**, reporting to the VP Academic.**

**Driving program success** by managing retention, and development to ensure sustainability.

**Building partnerships** with employers, regulators, and key stakeholders to expand job opportunities for students.

Boosting student success and **mentoring and inspiring** your team to own their progress.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **3-5 years of progressive experience** in education management.
- A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** relating to one of Oulton’s four departments of expertise: Business, Health Sciences, Human Services or Information Technology.
- **Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills** that motivate and inspire both students and staff.
- Diverse experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise.

- A proven track record in program accreditation.
- Proficiency in data management and project management skills
