**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning through play while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff to build a strong community.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all children.
- Stay informed about current trends in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Pay: $16.47-$25.35 per hour
