**This opportunity**:
Early Childhood Services in the Francophone Sud School District is overseeing the development and implementation of a pedagogical approach framework for early childhood inclusive practices and administering the delivery of training to Francophone educators in all three Francophone school districts. All work is being carried out in collaboration with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and the other two Francophone school districts, Francophone Nord-Est and Francophone Nord-Ouest.

**Role**:

- Working with various departments and community partners in the sector and a team of consultants in educational content and information technology.
- Developing and managing a complex and integrated project schedule.
- Managing project-related human and financial resources and writing progress reports.
- Coordinating and supervising a set of tasks and activities related to the project.
- Supporting the project budgeting and annual planning processes.
- Providing direction in the assignment and review of project work.
- Assessing exposure and risks on project and making mitigation suggestions as required.
- Participating actively in the development of the pedagogical approach framework for inclusive practices and associated training.
- Providing horizontal leadership among EECD stakeholders, the three Francophone school districts and other key partners.
- Supervising the project implementation team and contributing actively to problem management and resolution.

**Who you are**:
We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge about the early childhood sector and early learning and childcare facilities. You have a sound understanding of New Brunswick's Francophone early learning and childcare curriculum and the ability to assess inclusive early childhood pedagogical practices. You are able to both lead groups and provide one-on-one support and you possess a valid driver's licence.

**Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following**:
**Need to have**:

- University degree in a relevant discipline with five (5) years of experience in project management or related work experience, with demonstrated experience in the planning and control of projects and experience managing large multi-year system implementations OR Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in project management or related work experience, with demonstrated experience in the planning and control of projects and experience managing large multi-year system implementations**. **An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.**

**Written and spoken competence in French is required. **Please state your language capability.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

**Nice to have**:

- Certification in project management, either PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 Methodology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Creative approach to the identification of solutions and the resolution of problems.
- Experience supporting online projects.

**Salary**:
Pay Band 6: $66,300 - $92,560 annually.

- Possibility of telework.
- Standard hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:15-4:30; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
