**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an essential role in our financial operations. Your attention to detail will shine as you:

- Manage vendor accounts with precision and efficiency.
- Process and maintain new and existing subcontractor accounts.
- Accurately post customer invoices and handle vendor and installer invoices using QuickBooks.
- Ensure timely approvals on invoices while verifying their accuracy.
- Code and process invoices daily, utilizing your investigative skills to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of weekly payables and complete weekly payments through various methods, including checks, ACH, and online banking.
- Keep vendor files meticulously organized and current.
- Provide valuable backup support to our Payroll Specialist and Accounts Receivable team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (required)
- 3+ years of experience using QuickBooks (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- A degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required
- Ability to commute onsite to our office in Mississauga, ON

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Our competitive compensation package includes:
- Annual salary of $64,000 - $67,000
- RRSP with company contribution
- Comprehensive vision, dental, and prescription insurance
- Vacation, sick days, and holiday pay

**Schedule and Work Environment**:
This is an onsite position at our Mississauga office with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy a solid work-life balance.
