Job Title: Mortgage Agent / Broker
Job Overview:
Join our team as a Mortgage Agent or Broker where you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs. As a key intermediary between borrowers and lenders, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice, and ensuring seamless transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options
- Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommendations to clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and understandable manner
**Experience**:
- Strong background in Math and Cash management
- Proven track record in Customer service within the financial services industry
- Ability to negotiate effectively with lenders and clients
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
