**Black Fly Beverage Company** is expanding its Finance team with a detail-oriented **Accounting Administrator**. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the financial operations that fuel’s our coast-to-coast success

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**

We’re looking for someone with solid accounting fundamentals and versatility to support multiple areas of our finance operations. Key skills and experience include:

- Must be proficient in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of year-end processes and general ledger maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in AP processes
- Prior experience with purchase orders, entry and PO matching
- Familiarity with raw material costing in a manufacturing setting preferably
- Exposure to capital expenditures and tracking (CapEx)
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on transactional accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Responsive, reliable, and capable of managing priorities independently

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years active hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles
- Experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment is preferred
- Post-secondary diploma in Accounting or Finance (2-year minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or Finance is considered an asset
- Additional certifications (e.g. ERP training) are welcomed and valued

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
