**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Build strong customer relationships by handling daily calls, questions, concerns, and service requests with speed and professionalism
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable function by preparing invoices, reports, and following up with clients for collection purposes
- Assisting in purchasing and receiving of Ventri’s product and responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory records
- Supporting scheduling by collaborating with the Service Manager by communicating customer service requests
- Supporting costing, time keeping, and Invoicing activities
- Completing daily balance logs and documenting monthly cash logs
- Coordinating purchasing and receiving of Ventri’s product manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers
- Working collaboratively and communicating with various internal departments at month end ensuring accurate records are kept

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Relevant experience in an administrative and accounting capacity
- Experience working in accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products, especially Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
- High level of attention to detail and customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
