**Primary responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure waiting area and front office is tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments using Costar system
- Process and receive daily payments
- Assist office staff with additional tasks when required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a tire shop is an asset
- Experience with Costar software is an asset
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and orally, in both French and English

**Job type and hours, overtime**:

- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
- Overtime may be necessary during peak seasons
- Possibility of learning additional skills and advancement

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
