**Administrative Clerk / Receptionist**

D.L. Building Materials Inc., Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec’s largest specialized building materials supplier, is looking for an Administrative Clerk / Receptionist to join our team in Ottawa
- Greet clients and visitors to the office with a friendly disposition. Maintain good office presentation and support.
- Responsible for all daily administrative duties to ensure the Head Office is functioning efficiently and all staff have the necessary office materials and services to function effectively.
- Opening of and distribution of mail and faxes.
- Assist with printing, scanning, faxing, mailing, couriering
- Maintain physical and digital filing, storage rooms, and oversee annual archiving of records.
- Ensure meeting rooms, kitchen, and other common areas are kept tidy and equipped.
- Maintain stock of all office supplies.
- Oversee booking calendar
- Relevant work experience
- Detailed oriented
- Strong initiative
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
