**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting to the Business Partner, People & Culture (retail), the Coordinator, People & Culture (retail) will ensure superior customer service by supporting the HR administrative and operational activities of the North America Sales & Operations team and associates from the U.S and Canadian stores. The Coordinator, People & Culture (retail) will serve as the first point of contact for answering inquiries from stores associates regarding HR policies and procedures and will be involved in various HR projects within the following areas: Associate experience, growth and performance, company culture, associate engagement and retention.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the HR Inbox by answering first level questions and/or by proactively relaying to the dedicated PC business partner.
- Prepare various HR letters and internal memos.
- Updating and maintaining employee files and HR database.
- Creating and updating HR tools and documentation for stores.
- Conducts research and ensures compliance with labour standards changes across the U.S and Canada
- Updating the HR policies and procedures and employee handbook.
- Managing the postings of store management positions and dispatch resumes to District Sales Managers.
- Assist with implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist the Business Partner, People and Culture (retail) with day-to-day employee issues or concerns.
- Support the rest of the HR team with any project and department needs.
**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or relevant field, or equivalent in work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in similar human resources role
- Effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) both in English and in French
- Great team player
- Professionalism and discretion
- Detail oriented.
