- Tracks and collect fees
- Ensures clients problems resolution is prompt and effective
- Responsible to communicate to the management all clients concerns and suggest resolutions
- Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working environment.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Must present poof/references of previous similar work activity
- Must present police clearance certificates.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions within the past 5 years.
- Must be able to lift up to 35kg (50lbs) in order to assist customers.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts.
- Driver license ( G) holders prefered

**Salary**: From 17.65- $18.00 per hour

Pay: $17.65-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
