We are currently seeking a detail-oriented **Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant**to support our accounting and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Payroll Support**:

- Accounts payable & receivable
- Payroll processing & timesheet management
- Issuing purchase orders
- Data entry and file organization (digital & paper)

**Administrative Duties**:

- Ordering and organizing office supplies
- Ensuring the office remains clean and organized
- Coordinating with IT, cleaning services, snow removal, garbage disposal, Watermaker, etc.
- Handling mail and package deliveries
- Printing materials for internal team members

**Project & Contract Assistance**:

- Reviewing bids and compiling scope checklists
- Reviewing contracts for holdbacks, payment schedules, and critical clauses
- Assisting with scheduling, deadlines, and project timelines
- Following up on progress for key project deliverables

**Technology & Design Support (Asset but not Required)**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and QuickBooks
- Graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite experience (an asset)

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✔ Experience with QuickBooks is an asset

**Position Details**:

- Rate: $22.50 per hour
- Location: In-office position in Georgetown, ON
