**ABOUT US**

Aerodrome International Maintenance Inc. (AIM) is a leading provider of aviation snow removal and maintenance services, specializing in ensuring the safety and efficiency of airport operations.. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and support our growing operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our team's success. Your duties will include assisting with regulatory and administrative tasks, such as:

- Emergency Response Staffing Calls
- Joint Health & Safety (JHS) Committee Coordination
- AVOP Applications (Airside Vehicle Operator Permits)
- RAIC Applications (Restricted Area Identity Cards)
- Transport Security Clearances
- Performing general office assistant tasks such as managing communications, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.
- Supporting HR Manager processes may include; onboarding, training, and orientation for new employees.
- Managing employee scheduling and reviewing work hours for accuracy.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Willing to be on call 24/7 during the months of November - April
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR processes or aviation-related documentation is an asset but not required.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
