We’re a busy **custom sheet metal** company in Langley, BC looking for an **organized, dependable Office Assistant** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Handle basic administrative tasks (**filing, data entry, invoicing**)
- Process shipments and coordinate supporting documents
- Maintain office supplies and general organization
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- **Strong organizational and communication skills**:
- Punctual and reliable
- **Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Must be legally allowed to work in BC
- Reliable transportation to and from Office location
- Must be ok with working near the office dog
**Hours**: Wednesday to Friday, **7:30 AM - 4:00 PM**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
