**Job Summary**

Viacore Solutions Langley is looking for a full-time Quality Admin Assistant for British Columbia to support quality and production/office staff by providing technical assistance and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining standard operating procedures, and reviewing product technical files. The assistant will be responsible for checking work for errors, preparing details for presentations, and supporting key events

**Main Responsibilities**:
Providing technical assistance to quality and production/ office staff
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining standard operating procedures
- Reviewing product technical files
- Ensuring all tasks are completed
- Checking work for errors and omissions
- Preparing and checking details for presentations and key events

Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure tools, resources, and instructional materials are developed, updated as necessary, and maintained to comply with our ISO 9001 program. And CIP
- Set up training sessions designed to update employee when new quality standards/revisions are released.
- Develop, update and control product datasheets
- Other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by the manager.

- Help prep internal and support external ISO 9001 quality audits

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Must be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong ability to read and write in English.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and reliable.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions according to written procedures.
- Strong numerical ability
- knowledge of MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
